I'm no stranger to sadness and feeling hopeless, I've been diagnosed with depression afterall. But a few days ago it was different. It was really bad. I've wanted to die before. I've prayed for God to end my life before so I don't have to. But I never came close to doing it. Until a few days ago.

I've been in a sorry state the last couple of days ><. Went round my brother and his girlfriend's new house. So, I have this thing where if someone kisses in a programme or film I am watching I will turn away from the screen. It's a personal moment for the characters and I don't want to intrude! When you see someone kissing on the street you're not like "Yeah, let me go get some popcorn, this is good stuff!" and watch them kissing. No! That is just gross! Does anyone else do this? Can anyone at least empathise with this issue? :-) xx

So my ex (as mentioned in a previous post) texts me telling me I am a user and a player and that she feels sorry for the next girl I'm with, because I changed my relationship status to single and open to the possibility of one day finding someone. Probably this fantasy boyfriend of mine came about from years of feeling alienated and lonely. I also felt a deep lack of intimacy in most of my relationships so I spent more time in my head with this fantasy boyfriend instead of reaching out to real people. 

I've been doing this for years. Anyone have any advice on how to stop daydreaming about him? 

Usually it happens when I'm bored at work and especially at night before I go to bed. 

I've been living by myself for 4 months now and at the beginning I was responsible and would do all house and college tasks as they would appear. Now that my exams have started I have been having a really hard time concentrating.
