So I have been studying Psychology in class lately and we just finished the unit on the Myers Briggs personality test. Hi to everyone, hope you're all doing great! Anyways, I found that although I dont daydream as fantastically as I used to, I definitely do a lot of overthinking. It's like my brain never shuts off, and I start thinking of the past and people around me and all this weird stuff. Could there be a correlation between MD and these annoying, racing thoughts?
