I wonder if crying daily for one hour since past six years is a normal sign of MDD or if there's something more serious??

Not a single day since past six years has gone without shedding a tear:'-( It weakens me..........what's wrong?

You could have depression. I would suggest seeking professional help right away.

I can help you by giving you counseling and therapy, it is my gift, and it is especially strong with those who daydream, even if they don't have MD.

I understand. This is probably the thought going through your mind, "u
I am not great like my alter ego. I will never become great and mighty like him/her." I cry myself to sleep to because we MDers know the difference between reality and fantasy, which is a blessing and a curse.

I don't think anyone can tell you that here...especially if you don't give a reason. If you don't know, then it is traumatic, but if you know how long it has been going on, then you probably at least suspect...in any case: you should seek professional help.

My guess is something went unacceptably wrong six years ago, you integrated it in your DDs and it makes you cry for an hour everytime.
Remember, MDD isn't a cause of anything, it's a consequence.

idk :/ What's wrong? Do you feel sad? Is there something you're crying about? Or you don't know?
