In seeking transformation, what we are actually doing is converting the knowledge that we possess from confusion into wisdom. Thanks for sharing this. :)

These affirmations are awesome. I like how they not only focus on treating the current problem (Maladaptive Daydreaming) but they also focus on building a stronger future.
