Looking at pictures while daydreaming

I was wondering, how many of you look at pictures while daydreaming? I read some discussions just now and people said that they cover up pictures while daydreaming because they feel like someone is watching them. Well for me it's the opposite, I look at pictures of the people in my daydreams (obviously you can only do this if your characters are real people, which most of mine are, but I suppose you could look at pictures of other things if they are not real people). So does anyone else do this? I used to spend basically all day doing it, with a bunch of pictures open at the same time. One step I've taken to stop daydreaming is to delete my pictures, which has worked great but obviously hasn't cured me completely.

I always look at pictures when I daydream. It's makes my daydream more detailed and more realistic when I can pick out a real outfit I could actually buy or a actual location that exists. Most of the time I use pictures because during the day its hard to visualize but at night, the room is pitch dark, I can visualize and create  anything I want. I can picture anything and everything because the room is like a blank canvas so I can paint any picture for my daydream. But during the day its kind of harder because I can see all of my stuff. I always open multiple pictures at the same time.

It doesn't sound creepy. I used to do the exact same thing.

Yes, I must look at pictures or my dreams feel very wrong. My dreams usually involve a group of people, whoever I'm interested in at that moment, watching an idealized version of me and my life. I stare at their pictures for hours while dreaming. Yes, I know how creepy that sounds.

YES absolutely , I have a picture of the man I once liked open all the time and even when I browse the internet or do anything else I have  it on. its either the band I used to like or his picture.  its become a concern over the years because till this day my mother finds my memorabilia or pictures  and she thinks im insane for having at all times , I could explain to her, why I do this but how could I ?......
