I haven't seen it yet but I've read the reviews. It sounds like a great movie but the technology aspect is what interests me the most. Do you think someday we'll have AI which we could communicate with on a high level? The reason i bring this up is it seems to me a personalized AI(artificial intelligence) might be a great remedy for people who suffer from MD! If you could constantly have a personalized AI around to communicate with you, engage in interesting discussions with you,…

I've noticed I’ve had more anxiety than my peers for most of my life.

I've have these speech problems and I believe it has something to do with how inflamed or swollen my tongue is. I take pills with magnesium and vitamins C-D to relieve the inflammation and it usually helps a lot. I think the cause is do too stress being caused by my MD.

I'm increasingly coming to the conclusion that ultimately the best way to treat MD is socialize A LOT! If i can somehow build a genuine desire to socialize and not be an introvert, i could probably cure myself.

My understanding is it restores intracellular levels glutathione. I have also heard it wears off after a while. Would anyone know why it would mitigate the effects MD? Does anyone know additional supplements which might enhance the effects of NAC?

I don't know if it's imagination but it seems to helping. I'm noticing less tick movement.
I also use HTP-5, inositol, and hypericin as they are commonly recommended supplements for OCD.

It seems when i'm in a good mood, those are hardest times to stop MDing. When i'm in a bad mood, i usually feel like focusing my mind on something else. When are the worst times for you?

I read some of this article and it seems to me MD has to be some kind of variation under OCD. I thought it was interesting. Especially the part about having face your fears.

Do many of you feel off beat or awkward in a social environment? EG bars, wedding receptions, dance balls, etc. I can't honestly say all those things are my cup of tea.

Does anyone find it incredibly difficult to maintain eye contact when talking to someone? When ever i have a conversation with someone i think i devote more effort in keeping eye contact than listening.

Last year i didn't know the term MD and the information around it but i knew i had intrinsic motivation problems, ADD problems, and daydreaming problems since i was 4 years old. So i paid Amen Clinics to have 2 full SPECT scans of my brain to help determine what's wrong with me. The Amen doctor and psychiatrist asked if i had depression or suicidal thoughts in the past. I lied and said no. I've had a few of those thoughts but not many. Nor did i tell them of my MD because i didn't…

How can i acquire a prescription of Fluvoxamine? Should i see a psychiatrist or someone with a different profession?
Does anyone think MD drains away our intrinsic motivation? I usually not very interested in anything outgoing. What makes me do anything constructive is usually extrinsic motivation. I.E. knowing i will face consequences for not getting a job done instead of desiring to get the job done because i enjoy doing it.

Do you think the game called Catch Phrase would be good therapy for people with MD? It seems to be that socializing is the exact opposite of day dreaming. I think Catch Phrase would callenge any MDer.
