When Do You Feel Most Likely To MD?

It seems when i'm in a good mood, those are hardest times to stop MDing.  When i'm in a bad mood, i usually feel like focusing my mind on something else.  When are the worst times for you?

If I'm bored especially! Or if I'm feeling nervous I go to my MD characters? Haha it sounds ridiculous but that's honestly what it's like! I almost consult these characters if I need to make an important decision, but I can't say it's like talking to a conscience. It's more than that-it's escaping from reality and bringing a real-life situation into a hypothetical point of view. Sorry if this doesn't make much sense....

Pretty much only when I'm bored. I'm so over doing it now. I just need a method to stop

Usually, when I'm happy or just alone. I can daydream when I'm sad but if I'm troubled by something I can't do it. Last Thursday I actually started to daydream when I was at work, which isn't usual for me. I kept losing reality and couldn't focus. I'm hoping this doesn't become a habit.

I'm the same too. I MD more when I go through negative experiences.

Sometimes I use it as an escape if I am having a bad time or having problems also when I am bored

I daydream the most when I'm in a good mood and when I'm bored.  When I'm freaking out about something, I can't daydream until it gets better.
