Hey!!!
I’ve read your entire blog series on Wordpress and am still getting to process it.
I just wanna thank you for writing such a comprehensive series on MD. I’ve been daydreaming since my adolescence I believe.
It’s your blog series that gave me the sufficient grasp of the crap I was dealing with. Now I’m aware of it and I’ve let go. Loads of repressed emotions have come to the fore. It feels I haven’t been myself for very long. It hurts. I wouldn’t have been able to understand the crap I’d been dealing with if it wasn’t for your blogs.
Thanks Again!!

Hello Eretaia, I just wondered how you are doing now and have you still managed to stop your excessive daydreaming?

Dear Erataia,

Hello ! I hope you are fine.

I just wanted to share this with you, I needed to thank you ... for  it is thanks to you and all the excellent texts  you have posted that I have opened my eyes and understood what was going on in my head, why I was MDDying and how to get out of it.

The best and true therapy has been discovering this internet site and reading you.  I have read you 100 times maybe ??? :-)  but then I have followed your advise and I am soooooo happy and proud to inform you that it works !!!  I have at  last  manage  to contact my real self,  manage to leave that fantasy world and be in contact with real people, share with real people and communicate with real people.  And you know what ? I like it ! I  find it nice, beautiful, dangerous, exiting, depressing,  but real and fantastic !!! at last !!!!!!  I owe you that dear lady :-) I am so happy to be able to tell you that. I never thought it would happen, but it happened.  I do not need any medicine, nor any therapy anymore, I know what I have to do and the risk when doing it  is worthy !

I might never get 100% rid of my MDD for I think it is an my natural tendency for protection,  as others have alcohol or drugs, but my motto to get out of MDD  it is what you said " the more you DD, the more you get disconnected with your real YOU,  your real needs, your emotions, the expression of your emotions" ... :-)

I just wanted to share this with you,  and  let you know how useful and determined your texts and experience have been important to me. I owe you the beginning of  a new life !!!

I hope you do not mind, but I am so happy !!!

My best regards young lady ;-)
