I know this seems kinda silly but what do you do when you don't daydream?I've successful cut back on a lot of my daydreaming but I still want to fully stop. The real problem is that I get bored. And in the past, I used to schedule my time/hobbies around daydreaming and now that I've slowed down, I just have so much time.
