I have gotten into the habit of daydreaming in my bed room, but it has turned into a bit of a problem. If I am in the living room watching a movie or show on tv that I like that triggers a daydream, I go to my room and then come back out (my daydreams are sometimes cut into episodes rather than for hours, you see). In the morning, it has taken me a lot longer to get ready for work or school cuz I'm having too much fun daydreaming and at night I sleep REALLY late cuz of my MD. I think of me making myself daydream in my room in order to hide myself from the embrassment from daydreaming in front of my parents has cause my room to become a trigger for my MD. I can stay in here and dream all day if I let it. What about you? Where do you like to daydream? Do s your location trigger you to daydream? Also, if you have any tips that can help me, that would be great!

I always daydream in my room in the morning before I get ready for school. For some reason I have to daydream right after I wake up or I feel really weird. This has made me late to school before, though. I have a strange habit of daydreaming while eating, so I also daydream in my dining room. At other times I usually daydream in my living room because there's lots of room to pace around. My parents know about my MD, so I'm not worried about them walking in on me daydreaming. Being in the dining room triggers me to daydream, but none of the other locations do.
Why does eating or being in the dinning room make you want to daydream, if you don't mind me asking? Does the atmosphere of being in there make you happy or....?

I don't know. I've daydreamed while eating for as long as I can remember.
