Maladaptive Daydreaming: where wild minds come to rest
Anybody notice the pretty decent-sized MDD community on Tumblr? Well, they claim to have MDD but all they really say is that they daydream kinda often. Don't tell me I'm the only one who sees the enormous amounts of false claims on Tumblr, maybe it's all in my head. :P

Thank U everyone for your comments! I appreciate seeing everyone's point of view on anything! :-)
hmm i dont know, i have mdd tumblr and some of them talk to me about it and they seem like they have it. but i cant really tell if people are wrong about having md by reading their posts
Tumblr can be a great place to express ourselves and to fangirl immensely but it can be kind of stupid at times. As someone who just recently(really recently) joined the MD community I haven't really notice. Still you never know what someone is thinking or feeling in the moment so I wouldn't be too quick to judge until they either start being even more stupid or attacking.
UGH.
I am with Mill. Tumblr is for people with the attention span of kittens. :P Which is why I wouldn't know about the content of Tumblr, with the exception of some really great pictures and gifs. Tumblr is not about following the worlds creators...more like following the world's followers. I would stay away from any group that claims to be about MD....not everyone understands what daydreaming truly is, nor the extend to which it debilitates one's life. I have tried to explain to my boyfriend that daydreaming is like having a conversation with multiple personalities and he still doesn't fully understand....because he doesn't do it himself.
I am just glad that we here at Wild Minds we go in depth and really try to understand about this complex habit. Let's keep it that way!
Sorry guys, I had a couple sentences more than this that for some reason disappeared. :-/
is what? all they really say is what?
Tumblr saturates a lot of crap on the internet. It can't be a decent community.
