trying to write character bios

ive said ive wanted to write before but i havent gotten around to it. I thought a good way to start was writing out character bios. I know some people on here are writers and im sure writing a character bio for you would be easy, but its so hard for me. Its just weird to write out. it feels embarrassing kind of. if anyone read them i'd die. its taken me 20 minutes just write down the characters first and last name. now im procrastinating by writing a blog on here. I think if i start writing and get a paragraph down, i can keep going. but what if someone reads them? i dont know. there isnt really any point to this post but i needed to vent about my writing troubles :(

i stopped writing it, though. ill pick it up again later, its already 4 pages and i hacvent gotten to the important [arts yet :/
and ive been explaining who every character i mention is so its kind of turning into a story? atleast this is making me feel more comfortable actually writing it as a story lol

I have thought of this too and do a bio for each of my charictors, i have many charictors so there would be many bios lol.

Just helps to get it out as when its in your head all the time its filling up vital space haha

Comment by Alvy on September 13, 2012 at 3:21pm: I know how you feel. the way i write is by just remembering everything about the character i'm writing about and just flow with the words. although not everyone is the same.

about the problem you have with people reading your work. try not to let that bother you so much. your work is part of who you are, don't let the thought of other people reading what you have written bring you down.
