Recently my day dreaming has gotten worse. Now everything seems to trigger it even simple tasks. Since im always wanting to daydream. Im doing final exams right now in schooland that 100 minuets of sitting down at a time.....and its never been this hard not to day dream. Andmy MD has never gotten in the way of my life this much before. I wason the Internet and found out that some people couldlucid dream (control dreams while sleeping). that would make my life so much easier  we spend 50% of our life dreaming because your alseep but for me its 75% because of MD,  i feel like im dreaming life away. Being able to control my sleeping world would make my life manageable, i just got to figure out how to be able to do it.

I read a story about lucid dreaming several years ago and it said to repeat to yourself as your falling asleep to become aware during your dream. I tried it and I think it worked once or twice! I'm not sure if I was only dreaming that I was lucid dreaming or if it was actually working. I remember I tried to fly. But i was only aware for maybe a minute at the most then the dream took over again. Maybe with practice you could get more time? I think rigid studying is a more tried and true idea though. I know it's hard, I know it's impossible at times. I know what it's like to intently stare at notes for an hour and not have absorbed any information. It gets easier as you get older but it's while we're young that we need to do most of our studying :/ So not fair. Keep the faith, it may take a while longer to get through school but don't give up! Are you in college or high school?

I lucid dream quite often and I also have out of body experiences. They're pretty cool but scary. I wonder if the two are connected with MD? (But probably not!)
