DDing opportunity(sorry, I know that's spelt wrong, sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place)

OK, today I had this brilliant oppourtunity to daydream. My Dad is the technician for a disco buissness, and he was doing a party for 8 year olds - I went with my parents to show the kids how to do some of the dances.

Anyway, we set the equipment up on a stage, but there were 2 curtains - one hiding the main stage area, then there was a black curtain about 21 feet behind it, and the distance between that and the wall was about 3 feet. That curtain stayed closed for the whole disco. When I wasn't showing the dances to the kids, but music was playing - guess what I did.

I 'hid' behind the black curtain and paced and daydreamed, no one could see me or hear me, and it wasn't like I had anything better to do. So, I got the perfect oppourtunity to DD!

By the way, I know I've spelt 'oppourtunity' wrong, but I can't be bothered to find out how to spell it. Sorry if I've posted this in the wrong place, but... I wasn't sure where else to put it.

So any comments? Or not? Well, you'll have to pick one or the other : p  :D

Yeah it was great - until my little brother found out I was there. Luckily he didn't see me pacing.

It was funny because he was saying "I won't annoy you!" and I was thinking You're already annoying me by being here. Lol. But I managed to get him to stop after a while ; )

im jealous haha! That sounds like a wonderful spot to DD. I always struggle with finding a place to be left alone, but my family never seem to respect any sort of personal privacy.

You posted this in the right place!  Lol.  When you're just sharing your feelings or personal experiences, that goes in a blog.  If you want to start a discussion, that's a discussion.  For some reason people often put posts that are just their feelings in discussions, but I'd rather those go in blogs, like you did.  Good job.
