I really need to stop my MD habit. It's not that bad during the day, but one of my trigger is waking up - it feels so nice and cozy, it immediately triggers my MD, making it really hard to get out of it, I often spend 3 to 8 hours in bed just daydreaming before getting up, even if I set an alarm clock (or multiple alarms).
