Thanks so much for reaching out, that's lovely of you! Apologies for not replying to your post on my discussion yet - I have repeatedly tried to and for some reason the site is glitching on my phone so it just deletes the post instead of posting it. I got discouraged after maybe the 4th time it did that on a lengthy reply D: I'm now trying on a tablet so we'll see if that works better.
I would be extremely grateful for any advice or tips you can give as someone who has come out the other side of it. Did you use this site while quitting or have you come across it afterwards?
