I went in for ADHD testing and was told I exhibit signs of BPD. Does anyone else here have this? Do you think it has anything to do with your MD?

I'm kind of in a freak out stage over this. I never expected this and don't know what to do with myself. I've been sitting on this for two days now.

I cope by obsessing hahaha

Why freak out? You're exactly the same person today as you were before they told you this. This brand new title doesn't change anything...plus doctors are idiots. I mean i'm kind of joking, but it's true. there are a million things Doctors don't yet know or understand and they slap the nearest label they can on it. Until someone else sorts it out 20 years later. And they're probably half a fool too. Be easy on yourself. You want to send you MD into overdrive? then stress out about it, that's the best way.
