Hello guys, i m a daydreamer I want to get out of this stuff, I have been suffering from this since 2012, is there someone help me please to get rid of this stuff, I m quite emotionally weak this time, no one is there with me right now whom with i share my problems, and the negative daydreaming make it more worse. Plzz help me, give me suggestions about how to cure it, I want to live a normal life, I don't want to spend my whole day in daydreaming that I usually do, I can't be able to concentrate on my studies, It is worstly affecting my life.

I'm so sorry to hear your distress Ruchi. I don't know if I can help because I am in the same boat but I know how you feel. You get stuck in a loop and you can't get out of it... Can't concentrate, can't think straight, daydreams have a mind of their own and not even pleasant sometimes. It's an addiction and I would love to spend a day or even an hour just enjoying the moment. If you are studying too do it must be really hard. All I can suggest is don't spend too much on your own - even going to a coffee shop is better than being in a room on your own and exercise helps too, temporarily. Yoga is good.

Jessica, you are totally right! Things feel very strange at the beginning and I felt lonely aswell. It has “only” been two month for me but I love being mdd-free and things have changed greatly.
Ruchi, You just have to hang in there and if you fall of the wagon just get back on. Staying busy and active helps me aswell. Finging meaning and things to do that you love helps a great deal and helps you to stay focused on your life and your goals.

When he dreams when bored he golf swings and talks out loud
When he focuses on me he does not dream when he sleeps it’s a good 8 hours like a baby so maybe do hobbies find a friend to talk and text to
