Starting my recovery. Small steps. Setting out small tasks. rewards at the end of each task. Going to try not watching tv today, 'coz with each episode, song or a movie, I spin my own stories. Going to start each day with a different motto. Let's see how it goes.

Lost a whole day in between but started again. I literally lost out 3rd Feb. They say 21 days to make or stop a habit and that's my goal as of now. Day 2 and counting ;)
Sorry to hear that you lost a day but I'm glad to hear that you are back on track now. It will be worth it in the end I know.
