I have worked in biomedical research and also in education (elementary). However, my DD jobs are actress, singer, and movie reviewer. The last job is a recent addition to my DD and tied into reality--I do have a movie review blog but I don't get paid for it.

That's really cool. For a MD, you're quite high functioning.
I'd love to be able to combine something of the two worlds into a career.

I thought of research and content writing. I took a research- data entry internship but it didn't really suit me.
