Lately I can't sleep at al. When I get to bed my mind goes crzy!  Dialogues from movies, conversations I had, things I;ve thought of through the day, things I've heard others say...Let's just say my mind has a party.  It's really scary. I can't sleep at all cuz my mind won't shut up!  I've told my therapist about this and he believes it realted to stress and anxiety  and not so much with MD. I think I agree with him. It usually happens when I'm super stressed.  Does anyone one else get this? And if yes then what do you do?

This happened to me for years.  I'd be up all night, every night and sick all day.  I tried homeopathic remedies, but they didn't work.  The only thing that worked for me was taking drugs to get to sleep.  Now, I get up a few times, but in between times I sleep like a baby.  Good luck!  

I get that if the thoughts are bad. What I do is if I have to daydream I would make it good thoughts while Im surrounded by soft body pillows. However your new problem would be getting out of bed. Its just so comfortable!

I have had a simmialar problem. What I found that worked was to get like a noise machine or iPod or laptop and set it to make white noise, or forest sounds and I focus on that and it clears my mind an I can sleep.
I have this problem too! As strange as it may sound I find that guided meditation/visualizations really help me clear my head so I can fall asleep. You end up focusing on the visualization which calms and slow your mind. I know you can find some on YouTube. It's best to listen through headphones and be really warm and comfy. Maybe this will help you too :))
