Music is sometimes [but rarely] a trigger, but most of the time it enriches my life. Most of the experts on md say you should avoid triggers but how can i avoid something that contributes so much to my life

I'm facing the same dilemma too. Sometimes music empowers me, comforts me, and uplifts me but it can also trigger MD. It's both medicine and poison. What I do is try to limit the amount of time I listen to music everyday.

I'm not an expert, but since it is not a major trigger, I do not think you should push yourself into not listening. The most I'd advise is avoiding it when you try to concentrate on your work. Most people travel a little when listening to music, so it seems pretty normal to me the way you describe it.
