I just wanted to tell you that if you ever need someone to talk, I'm always there for you. Although it's super difficult for me to read other people's daydreaming stories because they usually trigger me and make me uncomfortable, I really want to help others because I'm an experienced MDer*.

*In my opinion, I'm pretty "experienced" because I know a lot about this topic and I've been in therapy for a few years now. I've watched all videos about MD, I know the connection between my mental health issues and MD - my daily life with daydreaming is almost normal for me and I also know some helpful techniques to stop your urges.
