do you ever have those nights where the music you're listening to triggers your MD so much that you can't stop pacing to the point where you consider duct taping yourself to the floor so you can focus on whatever you're doing

because that's how i feel tonight

Ha! I felt that way this morning. I was in my room cleaning and decided to listen to my iPod. Music is my biggest trigger and the louder the more I pace or rock sometimes when sitting.

So while I'm pacing around like a mainiac my brother walks and gives me that face and says "what are you doing?" I slowly and kind of questioning myself said " ummm... Uhhhh.....exercising?" He just gave me that "uhhhh...lame" face and walked away. Wow! That was a close call!!!

Yeah, I do get kind crazy sometimes with my pacing I have ran into walls, chairs, things, doors, and tripped once. Good exercise though to tell you the truth, I can pace for hrs and end up in a sweat. Talk about a workout! =D

Yes. Yes, I do. It's usually when I have an assignment due, and although I know just switching the music off would be a very effective way of refocusing my attention on what I should be concentrating on, I can't bring myself to do it.
