Does anyone have any effective ways to get rid of the intense dizzy feeling that comes from daydreaming too much? I've really been into my MDD world lately and it's literally making me sick. I'm dizzy, lightheaded and have a terrible headache. Is there any way to combat this besides taking a break, because I can't stay focused on my DD's anyway.

i used to suffer from sleeplessness when i was younger. and after MDD ing to much i would feel a lot like how you are. but i found it easier to sleep after MDD ing cause i was so exhausted from all that day dreaming. try sleeping and i hope it helps :)

Thank you. It's so easy to get overwhelmed by MDD and it's so addictive. I wish it were easier for me to take a step back and be more mindful.

Hey Audrey,

I totally feel you there, as I've experienced it more often than I should be. I don't think it has any long-term solution other than getting as far away from MDD as possible, but for me, entering a light calmer environment usually works short-time. Try a hot shower (or bath, if you prefer), get closer to nature, read, or distract yourself whatever way you most effectively can. Go with whatever makes you feel relaxed and calm. Hope it helps. Get well soon.
