As for a therapist I'm too embarrassed to tell my parents I have this disorder so I can't get one :( I'm homeschooled so I can't talk to a counselor bummer right? I'm glad you joined. As for help, we do our best to support and help each other. You can try talking to a therapist, but chances are you won't find one who's heard of MD. We're doing our best to change that, but it's a slow process. If you do see one, I recommend taking copies of the latest study on MD as well as the articles done. Be prepared to explain it to them. I hope you find a doc who's open-minded and willing to learn something new. There are links to all that on the links page. You can't print the study from the Scribd page, so if you want to, I can email it to you. Just message me with the email address you want me to send it to. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Yesterday night I've been trying so how not to daydream, you know like stop "cold turkey", but I get real sad sometimes cause I miss my characters in my DDs. Is this normal? And how can I stop this?
