Hi! Im a former MDDer, i left mdding in the September of 2021 after wasting 8 years of my life to it. I just want to give hope to people who are struggling that it is possible. It was the hardest battle i fought tbh, but it was worth it. Life isnt all roses now, but the amount of difference is insane. I am so much freer and at peace than i used to be.
