Are there any writers here? What if daydreaming is just part of the imaginative process of story telling. I get frustrated when I can't write the way I want to. Dreaming is like writing but without the work and rage quitting.
I agree. I think part of the problem is that the daydreaming storylines absorb all the creative energy that would normally be devoted to writing. It's hard for me to maintain both worlds without getting exhausted. Also, committing a story to print requires serious commitment, risk, and uncertainty. It's just so much easier and prettier in my head.
