Is it normal to use real charcters as charactes in your Daydream?

Hello, i was wondering if using actual characters in your daydreams is normal or if you normally just create your own. My main character is Denmark from Hetalia, and his rivals are Grimmjow from Bleach, Azuma from Deadman’s Wonderland, and Vincent from FFVII. Is this a normal thing for MDD’ers or what? I NEED TO KNOW?!

Sure, it's pretty normal. I never made up my own characters either. I don't even insert myself into daydreams. Our characters or copyrighted, real or animated, it's all normal, but at the end of the day, we are all mad, haha.

Oh great, that's a relief. My Denmark speaks with a Irish accent haha
I also use real people in my day dreams, mainly famous people but also friends that I don't see often!

Yes, I often use actual characters from stories that I've read to create my daydreaming world. I'm also an avid reader of mangas, which can feed into my fantasy even more.

Yea its very normal, i dont do it really that often out of over 40 charictors i have one which is based upon a real life person and i dont like to research that person too much as i like to make up their personality as much as possible i only take his credit and stance/fame in society.

Incredibly normal. For a while my main character was Austria, and he was pretty much the diva of everything in my daydreams-- also many crossover daydreams where characters from video games, anime, shows and books are in some sort of universal competition to the death or something. But yes, it's pretty normal I think. c:

I do the exact same thing. I made up one character, and put her into worlds with characters created by others. I use Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, the Shannara series, etc. I use the characters from those too, but I tweak them to fit my daydream. I am really glad that I am not the only one who does this.
