i wanted to ask if any body has experience with Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) i read a lot that it can help with MD is CBT can be self applied the therapy isn't accessible to me for varies reasons
Hey! I was in therapy for a year, and during that time I brought up my MD. My therapist was amazing, she helped tie it in to my real life, and her approach was to merge your daydreams to your life. Taking the positive aspects of your daydreams that you wanted and finding a way to get it in your own life. If that makes sense :)
