I had a dream the other night, and it was truly awfull. I can't stop thinking about it, now it's even effecting my DDs. I won't go into to much detail, but basically I was sitting in my room at night when I decided to look out my window. When I looked out, I saw a man standing on a later a few yards away watching me. He was scary! He was bald and his eyes glowed white in the dark. His ears were pointy and he had sharp, dirty, yellow fangs. Then he smiled and waved at me. That may not sound terrifying, but oh my god, I woke up screaming. It seemed as real as one of my most detailed DDs. Now it's dark (1 a.m.) and I'm scared to death. I can't sleep, then every time I start to DD and pace I can't do it properly because I keep looking behind me and it's distracting. I would tell my parents but they're asleep. How do you forget terrible dreams like that?

I had a monster under my bed once. I befriended him and found out he wasn't so bad after all. Now he's one of my characters =). Or if that doesn't work you can imagine one of the characters in your DDs protecting you. Or try visualizing a force field around yourself that nothing can get through. Hope this helps!
