My mdd is largely gone. Title says it all. Try it

Books: only technical, or historic or biographies

Movies: only ones about events from the past and better if they are black and white.

Games? Avoid them.

Videos on yt? Better those where there is a person with a face doing something in the real world.

Have your real life be full of interest.

If there is some super interesting piece of fiction everyone is talking about, dont watch or play. Watch trailer, recap, backstage, development blog, you will save time, your sanity, and learn a little bit more about creative process behing those things. Watch office tours of game or anime studios.
