I have daydreamed my whole life, and it has made me underachieve so much. If I could focus for even a few minutes I could actually accomplish things but I can't even do that. I waste so much time daydreaming. It has made me so miserable, and I hate it. I have daydreamed today for probably around 3-3.5 hrs alone. I am going to keep myself accountable through this forum and post daily about how much I have daydreamed. Ideally I just keep getting better slowly and through time I will decrease my daydream time.

If you have any tips or words of advice that would be great.

Day 34: Keep pushing.

HI, I keep on getting your daily routines in my email. Is there a way to dismiss myself in this blog.

No clue how to undo it. Sorry about that.

Day 35: Daydreaming stems from boredom.

Day 36: One step at a time.

Day 37: Keep going.

Day 38: Making progress everyday.

Mmh.... Trying the same thing but it seems it does not work.... But I wil not give up breaking this thing

Day 39: Small steps everyday.

Day 40 and 41: I have not planned the last few days the night before and spend so much time trying to figure out what I want to do with my day and energy, so I begin daydreaming to avoid the feeling of being overwhelmed.

Day 42: Planning the day out helps so much with daydreaming

Day 43: Progress
