Thanks! That never gets old! Lol. I've been living with this for all my life, and it's an on-going struggle. Having you all here helps me a lot. Psychology isn't like medicine. There's no quick fix for anything, so having support is crucial. I think as you read some of the forums you'll find that this is a safe place to hang out free of fear or judgment. Speak as much or as little as you want. If you want to talk about something and are afraid, just remember there's likely someone else who's been afraid to say it to who you can help. You can just hang out if you want as well. Let me know if there's anything I can do. I'm still learning about this, but I'll do what I can to help.
