Writing A Novel

Hi! So I have been writing a novel for a while now that I feel I will never complete. It is about one of my daydreams but I am always put off writing it because I daydream faster than I write so I always feel really bored like I am writing something that happened ages ago. This is sad for my friend as she is totally hooked on the book but has to wait ages for me to write another chapter. Does anyone else have this problem? What should I do? :-) xx

I use GarageBand to make my soundtracks and I am saving up for iVocaloid. I will be the first American to purchase IVocaloid via the apple app store!!! I'm so happy.（≧∇≦）

I have the same exact problem, but now I have made myself media deprived and my daydreaming is stuck until I start listening to music again. I'm currently making an album to go with my book too. I find that most fun because by making the soundtrack I have created a day dream "memory" so to speak. Each time I listen to the soundtrack for a particular chapter, my mind returns to that place and I can return to writing from there even if my daydreaming had passed that point.

There is a software you could use: Dragon Speech Recognition Software. You can use it to "speak" to your computer and it will type the words for you. Hope this helps.

My problem is that I daydream, (well actually, its mental creation) but I can't get it on paper. So I either keep the mental creation at the place ( i.e I control myself from MDDing about anything else or maybe not related to what I;m writing).

The key is to get control on the knob of daydreaming. Try slowing it down. Also identify b/w literary content and a fleeting thought. It comes with practice.
