Why me?!

So, I have been daydreaming the same daydream for 3 years now, same characters from the start, except for the new characters I make every once in a while. Well my family and I moved a year and a half ago. At this new place, my brother got a new best friend. Well this new friend has the same first and middle name and characteristics of my second main character, the love interest of alternate reality me. What was the luck of that. Ever sense I have met him, I have to be extra careful daydreaming when he is around, because sometimes I mouth the words my character is saying in my daydream.
