Hi there I haven't been on here in a few years...I always tried to figured out what caused mdd for...I recently came to the realization that I have Narcissistic mother and was wondering if anyone else on here was a victim of a narcisist maybe that's why I have mss...thoughts

When I was younger any time I wanted to help clean she would tell me not too that my sister had to clean because I was too little....when I asked how I could help when we were moving she told me to sit down and shut up that's how....she would make my sister cater to her and call her little nurse....she make me believe I was incapable of anything...constantly associating me with my ADHD she used to call me dumb blonde

Exactly...she also plays head games and manipulates everything

I'm going to try and guess here: everything she says is 'right', everything you say is wrong because you said it and she's nice only when things go the way she wants

Can you give me any example of your mother being narcissistic?

I mean people in your like who have Narcissistic personality disorder people who try to control an manipulate you for there own and everything is about them....people with NPD can cause a lot of damage to you...and I'm wandering in my mother is the cause of my MDD
