Thoughts and Things #1:Hit
I had an idea for a story, so I'm going to write it here so I don't forget it.
Have you ever heard of the "Deep Web" or the "Dark Web"? They're both names for the same thing. If you've never had the fortune (or misfortune, depending on who you talk to) to hear about and/or explore the Deep Web, here is what it is. The Deep Web is a part of the Internet that is, as the name implies, a deep part of the web. On it, people are completely anonymous. And this is a very bad thing. Because on the deep web, things...happen. People sell guns, drugs, and occasionally...well...human organs. There's lots of other awful things that can be done on there, but I want to focus on one specific thing.
Hitmen. Hired killers. You can put a hit on someone, and there is a distinct possibility they will be killed. Now, what if someone was so bored, that he or she went on the Deep Web and placed a hit...on themselves? They have decided to hire hitmen, outsmart them, and take them out one by one. They would eventually try and hire tougher hitmen. Stronger hitmen. They may even stumble upon a few shady and menacing secret organizations.
So that's my idea for right now. Not sure how good of one it is, but I'll probably try to write it sometime.

I know to be careful with that stuff. Going on there to research stuff for my story spooks me. Curiosity may have killed the cat, but that cat's still got 8 lives.

Wow this is a new concept! You may want to work out why they sent a hit on themselves... lol other than that plothole, it sounds amazing for a book or a movie!
