Maladaptive Daydreaming: where wild minds come to rest

So much for therapy.

Most therapists in this area only work during regular business hours, and I have a job. Which doesn't matter because the company I work for just downgraded its health insurance because of cost, and a therapy session will cost me $70 a visit. I don't have that kind of money.

I need alternatives.

Comment by Amy Buttz on August 25, 2012 at 3:49pm: I couldn't afford therapy either. Don't know where you are, but our local college offers therapy for free. The psychology students take on patients and are monitored by a professional. Working out o.k. so far.
