I'm a 17 year old and MD has been severely affecting my studies for the past two years. I need bring down my daydreaming time to just a few hours per day so that I can give that time to studies.
I have tried searching for possible remedies but couldn't find any. Regarding therapists or psychologists most people wrote that their therapist didn't knew about MD and wasn't able to help much. So what should I do? Should I try meditation and other things to improve my condition. (If yes then please share resources/links/ advice to help myself) Or should I find a therapist/psychologist? (Please keep in mind that I'll have much difficulty in finding a therapist)
