Maladaptive Daydreaming: where wild minds come to rest
When I discovered that what I was going through was this condition called Maladaptive Daydreaming, a new chapter of my life had begun ...
I've set all of my previous writing efforts aside and I'm embarking on a completely new endeavor and YOU are some of the first to hear about it!
I have been screenwriting since I was 16 years old and I have to say that MD has changed my life in more ways then I could have ever imagined. It's been helpful, yet destructive. Comforting, yet consuming. Beautiful, yet grotesque. You might say that I have a love/hate relationship with my mind. I'm sure most of you can relate. So I've come up with a script idea basing the main character on myself and building characters I've already daydreamed in my head to create a full length 120 page feature film. I fully intend to finish and sell my completed project and hopefully my dreams will become reality.
P.S: It helps that I do have some connections within the film industry =)
Oh, I forgot to mention that the genre of the film will be Drama. My next screenplay is going to be a horror flick! =D <3

Hi, what became of the drama project?
A screenplay is a script written specifically for film or television. It differs from a story/novel in many ways such as the way it's written and the point of view. When we write short stories or novels, your able to get inside the minds of the narrator or whomever character you choose. In a screenplay, it's strictly about the visual aspect.
Now that I think about it, I should have attached an example when I posted this. Sorry guys!
i would love nothing more than to see it! Really looking forward to hearing more about it!
.
Oh please do see it to completion! I would love to be able to write a coherent story of one of my dd's. In fact I have a dd about writing one of my dd's into a book or film...just can't quite figure out how to accomplish it in real life ;)
Can't wait the horror flick to develop too, I love a nicely imagined horror story!
