I dreamed of the ballet and woke up feeling hopeful. I'd bet physical exercise, like a sport of some kind would be just the thing. It would link the mind back to the body.
I think so too, many times sport and dancing helped me. There were also other times, when I daydreamed while doing sports - I imagined that actually my daydream-charakter did it.
