Although I created an account long ago, this is my first log in. I just have to say it, my life is so much better. Have you ever felt a breeze of peace wrap your entire body? I had no idea that maladaptive dreaming existed. Since that discovery, I tried to stop daydreaming. I was able to complete tasks without procrastinating and actually focus on things. The daydreams were only there because I wanted to escape the reality of being me. Now, I see life in a different perspective. What can I say? I have confidence in my dreams(goals) and self worth. I know that a big portion of my life depends on the decisions I make. Now I want to finish my baccalaureate degree as a Psychology and become a professional counselor to help others with the same struggles. Wow, I can't believe it. I actually have a purpose now. I even have a new blog about overcoming the invisible battle within ourselves that no one sees. I hope you visit or subscribe, umekolwalker.WordPress.com. I still daydream a little bit but it is only when I want to fall asleep. Does anyone think they will be able to overcome MD. Anything is possible .
