If you took a pill and it gave you bad side effects, what would you do next time to avoid the pain? There really is no way to stop that if you keep daydreaming excessively (and if dizziness/headaches are actually consequences of MD and not underlying physical conditions).

You're correct. Dreams do give you headaches. For me only night dreams.

To tell you the truth, I still do this. I was born to visualize ideas and concepts in forms of sound and imagery. I will never flat out get rid of the dreams. Apparently, people who don't have my brain, they think what I'm doing is bad.

Dear Jessica, I must tell you that I admire your courage and did you manage to get rid of the dreams??

Do you workout? I slump around in my room for hours, because I'm determined to find a job this holiday season. Then I lay on my bed for 7-8 hours, and wake up feeling the effects. My head feels all mashed in and achey until lunch. I think my muscles got soft over the pandemic. My dad is always recommending a gym membership and activities. I feel reluctant, because it takes effort and money, and decisions. I've been quite busy.

Dear Jessica, I have to talk about music, books, movies, and I tell you that I have been resting for a while and the dreams are getting weaker and weaker, but the headaches are in the wrong parts of me. They drive me crazy. Slowly gradually

I don't know how daydreams can cause physical headaches, but I used to experience spaciness and head fog when in a state of MD. I suggest you stop daydreaming by clearing your mind and focusing on the present moment. You can do this by listening to gentle music and concentrating on a topic. What I find very useful is self-therapy. Find out the reasons why you dream, how and why are you doing this, and the effects it has on your daily life. I used to go deep in thought and realize how harmful MD can be on my life and wellbeing, and I effected others. Find ways to get out of your head and open your mind to this waking world.

When I got out of my head and woke up to life. I was surprised at what MD has done to me and the road it would've put me on. MD makes you temporarily happy, but it's a lie, and it's not safe.
