I realise this may offend people with serious mental problems but I love the term "basketcase". That's what I am, I'm a basketcase. Thinking this way helps me cope, puts a smile on my face. I'm happy and safe in the knowledge that by having all this chaos in my head, I am carrying on a fine tradition of British eccentrics. Everyone on this island is slightly odd in some way, I figured I'm no weirder than the other 60 million inhabitants. The stereotypes are true, we're all just Monty Python characters come to life.

Some people need professional help, I just need a good strong cup of tea and somewhere to write my thoughts.

Sicilian/British mutt here, nevertheless your post made me smile :3.

And yes, tea can do a lot of things, but it can't get ME to stop daydreaming.

Well I would describe myself more as a weirdo haha but if you want to be a basketcase, go ahead.

LOL I'm laughing even as I type this reading  that ↑    < )

I'm very weird, last year at the school barbecue I ended up walking around the field barefoot haha it was fun!

Anyway, at the end of the day (I seem to have a natural thing for rhyming! LOL) what's the point of being normal boring?

No offence to anyone who considers themself 'normal', but that's just my opinion.

Sounds like a very sensible attitude & remedy.

There's nothing better than seeing people be happy with their "oddness" haha I love it.

I'll take a strong cup of coffee lol but glad to see people taking their odd quirks with a smile. Nothing wrong with being "odd", cause quite frankly I believe everyone is! Cheers!
