But I feel like I need to come back.

My daydreaming has become more constant than before. Even when I'm at work, when I'm doing school work, even when I'm talking to friends, I am daydreaming about my other life. And I've had new story developments because of changing factors in my life.

It's getting so bad that my other life emotions are mixing with my real life emotions and I'm more depressed than ever.

I feel like I need a community to help. I hope that I will be able to visit more.

Oh, no, that sounds pretty awful. :( I've definitely been there. It's frustrating and confusing and overwhelming all at once. Usually some type of stressor or change occurs that causes you to daydream more as a way of handling it, at least that's been my experience. Maybe you've gone through this before. Whether you're overwhelmed by responsibilities, upset about a fight or conflict with someone, or find yourself unsure and afraid of the future, there is probably something that's causing this.

I also hope you're able to visit more. Share more on here, if you want! I'm by no means someone who traipses around, handing out advice, but I can empathize and listen :)
