Sorry, i am new to this website and majority of the time i have no idea what i am doing. And i absolutely know no one over here which just makes things harder. Can anyone help me with this? Your help will be appreciated! Love :*

I think one of the aspects of MDD is secrecy. It is really hard to expose yourself to the scrutiny of others. I spent most of my life trying to keep it hidden from others. So I guess I would advise to just be patient & as we share, others may feel more comfortable participating? I dunno. FWIW, I am a friend & willing to listen.
