Hi everyone!
I need help dealing with my study for exams which I have in a month and MD. I've tried adapting study into my DD but it doesn't work for me. I need to move. I've also tried the elastic band technique but that just leaves me with a red writing.

Does anyone have any tips or anything inspiration? It would be so much appreciated! :)

When I studied my exams for university, I used my daydreams to my advantage by placing lots of postists with information on the wall. Like you I tend to pace while daydreaming so this way I could pace around the room while physically whispering the information I had around the room. I'd daydream that I was talking to somebody about the subject I was studying and that I actually had entire sentences spoken out loud to remember better. Feel free to use or not use my tip and best of luck on your exams.

I know this sounds strange, but I remember when I was in your position I found that under stress absolutely anything was a trigger, so I gathered my books and literally studied in my closet. I found that in a confined space I couldn't pace (which I needed for MD) and was less distracted by random things.

Alternatively you could try meditating and mindfulness techniques to help you stay present and focused.
