Daydreams are a way for people to locate themselves, what they value, what they desire, the feelings that make them feel good, for example, if a person often dreams about killing a dragon, it means that the feeling What they value most is courage, everyone in the world has daydreams, they dream, most of the time real life is different from dreams, but that's life, so when we move away from daydreams, we feel lost , in a world that is much more tedious, slow and uncontrollable than it seems, depending on how you lead your life, and we also discover that certain things that we dream about a lot are not things that we really like, the right way, I believe, is dreaming and living, disappointments and recalibrations are common, in fact, that's how it is, use the daydreams, don't be used by them, no more.

Ps: Maybe you need to recalibrate your daydreams, it takes time and it's quite boring.

That's a pretty optimistic angle there. I always interpreted recurring dreams about fighting a big bad enemy as a sign of being constantly in survival mode in real life, which was true for me at least.

use the daydreams, don't be used by them

Underrated statement, catch a like.

Similar to one of my favorite sayings: "If money is not a servant, it's a master."
