Falling Back In To MD.

So life was doing great, I've made a ton of friends, marching band is awesome, school isn't that bad, stuff like that. In fact my MD was nonexistent till today...

See I've just learned two of my close friends are self harming and suicidal....so now all I can do is let my mind wander around till I can see or talk to them. 

Please say a little prayer or whatever for them....because I'm scared they will go through with it.

Update: My suicidal friends has gone to see a psychiatrist and she is doing better.

Now I have just learned about another friend who is self-harming. My other friend who is self-harming, I have not really been able to get through, but it worries me.

I have a friend who also went through self harm. and all I could do who ask her to stop and pray for her. however now she better and she hasn't cut her self in over 2 years.

I agree with Paula, you need to get them help, or talk to a hotline yourself.

Also, it may be useful to provide them with the number for the Suicide Hotline [phone] if you are U.S. based) or perhaps use this hotline yourself if you are afraid that they actually have plans and intentions; their lives are too precious to lose. Remind them that they are loved and that they are cared for; they may be hesitant to believe you, as suicidal idealization is often a place of delusion and immense despair, but your words may be just the thing that keeps them holding on (but PLEASE don't blame yourself if this is not the case; 90% of those who commit suicide have a mental disorder, and such disorders can distort cognition).
